The Dining Program is an integral amenity for all Tenants at the Property and a non-severable part of the Lease Agreement. Participation Required for all Unit Styles. The Dining Program Fee for the 2026/27 year is $986.70/month (September - April) and $327.71/month (May - August), and is a fixed price for the entire Term. Fees and Due Dates outlined in the Dining Program Addendum attached to the Lease Agreement.
